How do I collect payments from everyone attending my golf event?
Connect Stripe once from your Outing Golf account. Attendees can then pay by card while they RSVP, Stripe sends the money to your payout account, and Outing Golf records who has paid. Outing Golf adds no attendee-payment fee. Read the Stripe Setup Guide for step-by-step help. For payments made elsewhere, attendees can report payment and you can confirm receipt. Read the 3rd Party Payment Guide for that workflow.

No. Outing Golf works in a phone or computer web browser, so guests do not need to install anything.
Can I organize teams and foursomes?
Yes. You can set the team size, let players join or create teams, reserve invite-only teams, and organize the remaining spots yourself.
Can I track payments collected outside Outing Golf?
Yes. You can mark a payment collected by cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or another method. Manual records stay separate from payments confirmed by Stripe.
Can I run my event from my phone?
Yes. Organizers and attendees can use the full event flow from a mobile browser, including invitations, RSVPs, teams, updates, and payments.
