Who we are

Outing Golf LLC runs Outing Golf, a tool for organizing and joining golf events. Contact us at mattconway26@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details, such as your name, email, optional phone number, and login information managed by Supabase.
• Event details, RSVPs, teams, polls and votes, announcements, and content you submit.
• Invitee names and emails supplied by organizers or people sending invitations.
• Stripe IDs, amounts, payment and refund status, disputes, and connected-account status. We do not store full card numbers or bank-account credentials. Stripe handles card and payout details.
• Venmo or other manual-payment handles and links, QR images, and “reported paid” records. A report is not proof of payment.
• Waitlist emails and referral or campaign tags, including UTM tags.
• Technical logs, IP addresses, browser details, and cookies needed for sign-in, security, and running the site.

How we use information

We use information to run accounts and events, send invitations and updates, record participation and payments, offer support, and prevent abuse. We also use it to meet legal duties.

We may send product news and marketing email. Each marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential account or event messages.

We use first-party page and feature usage information to learn what works and improve the product. We do not use ad-network tracking.

When we share information

Organizers, including co-organizers, can see emails only for people invited to their event. Other attendees cannot look up your email. Depending on event visibility, people may see display names, teams, and other event information. You can still see your own account details.

Authorized Outing Golf admins can access account and event data, including names, emails, and payment status, for support, operations, and security.

Our service providers include Vercel (hosting), Supabase (accounts and database), Resend (email), Cloudflare (security), Upstash (rate limiting), and Stripe (payments). They process information needed to provide those services.

We may share information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information. In the future, we may share de-identified or aggregated statistics with sponsors. Those statistics will not identify individual people.

Cookies and Do Not Track

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in, protect the site, and remember referral information. You can control cookies in your browser, but blocking them may stop parts of the site from working. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

How long we keep data

We keep data while needed for your account and events. Some records may be kept longer for security, payments, taxes, disputes, or legal duties. Backup copies may remain until the provider’s normal backup cycle ends.

You can delete your account in Account settings. Our data-deletion page explains what is removed and what may remain. Providers such as Stripe may keep records under their own legal duties and policies.

Your choices and rights

You can update your account details, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights, including a right to object to or limit some uses. Email mattconway26@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and respond as the law requires. We finish verified email deletion requests within 30 days.

Age and where data is handled

Outing Golf is for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Tell us if you believe a child has given us personal information.

We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the US and other countries, where privacy laws may differ. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security.

Updates and contact
