Outing Golf

Track payments made another way.

If you collect payment through Venmo, Cash App, or another method, attendees can report it in Outing Golf. You confirm that the money arrived.

1. Tell attendees where and how to pay you. Outing Golf does not send money through those services.
2. After paying, the attendee opens the payment step of their RSVP and clicks “I paid using a different method”.
3. Event management → Payments shows an orange “Payment Reported” status and “3rd Party Payment” as the method. This is an unverified report.
4. Check that you received the money. Select the checkbox beside the attendee’s name and mark them paid.
5. The status becomes “Paid”. The Payment Date stays the date the attendee reported payment, even if you confirm it later.

You can also mark an attending attendee paid without a report, using the date you received their payment. Only attending RSVPs appear in the Payments tab.
